CharmTracker (Electronic Health Records & Scheduling)

Our scheduling system and patient portal are powered by CharmTracker, a HIPAA-compliant electronic health record (EHR) platform. When you schedule an appointment or access the patient portal, your information is processed by CharmTracker under a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) in compliance with HIPAA. CharmTracker's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy and our BAA.

SiPhox Health (Laboratory Partner)

Our at-home blood testing services are offered in partnership with SiPhox Health, which operates through CLIA-certified and CAP-accredited laboratories. If you proceed with blood testing, your information will be shared with SiPhox Health for the purpose of fulfilling your lab order. SiPhox Health's handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policy.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: With the third-party services described above, solely to operate our Site and deliver our services.
• Legal Compliance: When required by law, regulation, or legal process, including responding to subpoenas, court orders, or government requests.
