Aligned Health Practice practitioners use evidence-based approaches to create a plan that is sustainable for you- meaning we assess your culture, lifestyle, preferences (for both food and activity), medical history, your goals, and more! We use this information to create an exercise prescription and nutrition regime for YOU.

- 2, 30 minute personal training sessions each week
- Custom programming on non-personal training days
- Weekly accountability calls from the RD
- Monthly sessions with the RD
- Full assessments at beginning and end
- Movement, cardiovascular, and strength screening
- Body fat measurement
- Engage 180 assessment
- Free entry to any workshop during the program
